We invite you to join us for a day of meditation and simplicity, where we will take the time to simply be, connect and recharge.
The day will consist of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation with space to enjoy a lunch together.
It is open to people of all levels of experience and spiritual paths who share the core practice of meditation.
A basic meditation instruction will be provided for beginners and individual meditation interviews are available on request.
