Learning to meditate is a powerful tool in these times of uncertainty and change. It is a precious gift to yourself and also benefits those around you. This day will comprise of meditation instruction, teachings on mindfulness practice and experience of sitting meditation practice.
This is a great program for beginners to meditation and a useful refresher for those who may have let their practice lapse and need a boost or a re-start.
