This one day retreat is open to all, beginners and experienced alike where we will take the time to simply be, connect and recharge. It will feature sitting and walking meditation, some periods of silence, mindful eating and mindful walks outside, weather permitting. This will be a great opportunity to really deepen your meditation practice without having to leave the convenience of the city as it will be held in the beautiful georgian surroundings of the Dublin Shambhala centre. Nearby Merrion square and the Grand canal provide the perfect places for mindful 'city' walks. The goal being to integrate our meditation practice with ordinary life experience.
Meditation instruction will be provided for beginners.
