Full Moon Shambhala Sadhana practice - All Welcome.

The Shambhala Sadhana is a powerful transformative practice created by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society. It emphasises the qualities of goodness, strength and wisdom which can be cultivated in order to be of greater service to society.

Normally offered to students at Enlightend Society Assembly as a personal practice, our monthly Full Moon Shambhala Sadhana gathering offers an opportunity to people at any stage of practice, from beginners to more advanced, an opportunity to engage in a deep practice with the community.

This practice takes place on or near the full moon-  Our next one is on Sun 29th april from 11am - 12.30 pm

NB:  this will replace our normal Sunday practice on this date.

There is a suggested donation of 5-10 euro to join this practice.
