SIMPLY SITTING - A Day of reflection and renewal for the new year.
Join us on Sat Jan 6th for a day of simple sitting meditation practice. The day will consist of alternating sitting and walking meditation.
Why not kickstart the new year by cultivating calmness and stability of mind.
This is a community event and all are encouraged to attend, both beginner and more advanced practitioners.
