Learn to meditate - open nights every Wednesday at 8pm
Every Wednesday at 8.00 p.m. we offer instruction in and talks about meditation practice at the Shambhala Centre in Herbert Street. The topics covered mainly focus on teachings about meditation and are suitable for both newer and more experienced students. So, please feel free to drop in on any Wednesday evening. Monday night meditation
Every monday at 8.00pm there is meditation sitting at the centre. This is open to all who have attended a wednesday open night or Shambhala Training program and received meditation instruction. The evening consists of 3 periods of sitting meditation with walking meditation in between each sitting. The evening will also include opening and closing chants. This evening is free of charge. If you feel inspired to make a contribution, there is a suggested donation of €5.
